Simply come as you are and get comfortable. This will be an evening for reflection and new beginnings.

We reccomend bringing an eye mask or purchase one of ours when you arrive. We provide zero gravity chairs and blankets. Please show up 15 minutes prior to set your intentions and get ready for your experience.
